This fascinating site can be seen as a small peninsula in the Gorge Waters / Portage Inlet.
The residence is positioned on a mossy rock base, with large Firs beside the new extension and gnarly Firs and Garry Oaks on the rocks around.
The intention is to clean up the site and develop a coherent design concept that incorporates all the activities in a humble visual way, emphasizing the strong architecture of Splyce Design and the landscape experience.
